COVID 19 info: COVID 19 is an insidious infection that is rapidly spreading through our community and the world. ALL in person human interaction have the potential to spread the virus, including and especially medical office visits. It is being spread by people who don't know they are sick. It is being spread from fomites - objects like door knobs, etc. It is impossible to adequately screen visitors to our office. Anyone can be spreading it, so we all must act as if we have the virus. Therefore, for the safety of all of our patients and the community at large, we have implemented a telehealth only model until the community risk has lessened. In other words, we will not longer be seeing patients in our physical office. Problems that requires on site evaluation (such as an open wound needing sutures) may be handled on a case by case basis if the risk of not treating exceeds the risk of treating. If you already have an appointment we will contact you with instructions for the video visit. You will only require a smartphone (any kind) with a camera. If you don't have a smartphone please call us for more instructions or alternatives. We ask for your patience during this challenging time. Insurance Updates: We accept most insurances. We are a "preferred provider" for Kaiser, United Healthcare, Regence, Premera, Tricare, and most other insurances. Please call for details. If you sign up for insurance through www.wahealthplanfinder.org and qualify for Washington Apple Health, be sure to pick Molina Healthcare. Generally, you will default to a plan we don't accept, but it is easy to change to our preferred Apple plan, Molina. We welcome current and retired US service men, women, and their families! Holiday Hours: We will be closed on the following days: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the Friday after, and Christmas Dec 25. On these days Dr. Nuetzmann or a call partner will be available for emergency calls, but the clinic will not be open. We are open on Mon, Tues, Thurs, and Friday from 9-5, and Wednesday from 9-2:30.
